While we hope you love your Snug & Story purchase, if for any reason you would like to return your item/s they can be returned for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at Snug & Story thoroughly quality check each purchase before dispatching. If you believe your item is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and include photographs of your item. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault. Any returns subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will not accept the responsibility for items that have been damaged during washing if our care instructions have not been followed. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will either offer a replacement for the item (subject to stock availability) or you will be offered a refund for the value of the item. All products must be returned back to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and with the packaging provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 10 days. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked. Please note, we only offer one free exchange.
If you wish to receive a refund for returned items, notify us within 7 days of being received by you on email@example.com. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. This is outside of our control.
Please note, any customs duties and taxes paid at checkout or on receipt of goods are not refundable and you will be refunded the product cost only.
